Southdown Homes New Home Construction Management
Adam has been working in the commercial real estate industry for more than 15 years and has served as the President of Southdown Homes since 2013. His experience prior to Southdown, includes providing management and leasing oversight for both publicly traded and privately-held organizations in multiple markets across the United States. The exposure to multiple markets compliments Southdown’s deep roots in Chester County, helping to guide strategic decision making for the future direction of the company. Adam holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Real Estate Finance from the University of Texas at Austin, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from North Carolina State University. He has held an active Real Estate Salesperson license since 2005.
Rob’s passion for the home building business continues to drive process improvement and innovation with the company. Prior to joining Southdown Homes, Rob worked in the IT department for a global actuarial firm. His success at solving complex issues and interfacing with employees at all levels within the company has helped to ensure an ideal customer experience. Rob also manages the day to day activities at Southdown Homes.
Rich has served as Vice President Finance and Chief Financial Officer for Southdown Homes since April 1999. In his role as Chief Financial Officer, Rich is responsible for managing all debt relationships, finance and accounting operations, risk management, and human resources. Rich brings over thirty years of real estate financial and analytical expertise in identifying and analyzing residential opportunities for the firm.
Prior to joining Southdown, Rich spent eleven years as controller and CFO in the real estate industry and six years in public accounting, He received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from West Chester University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Director of Construction
Tim currently serves as the Director of Construction and Land Development. He has been working in various capacities since we opened our very first community in 1992. Tim has over 30 years of experience in Land Development. Current responsibilities include oversight for due diligence and approvals on all land acquisition and development, as well as managing site improvements and supervising the project managers for neighborhoods under construction.
Director of Sales and Marketing
Amanda is responsible for the oversight of all Sales and Marketing for Southdown Homes. Prior to joining Southdown, she worked as a Real Estate salesperson with an international brokerage. Leveraging her background in graphic design, copywriting and marketing, Amanda has assisted buyers and sellers in navigating the residential market, at a broad spectrum of price points. Recognizing the importance of multi-faceted advertising campaigns, and maintaining an online presence in today’s real estate market, Amanda strives to keep Southdown Homes in the forefront for the Chester County buyer.
Director of Operations
Heather has worked in all aspects of the Chester County New Home market for over 30 years, the past 22 as a Licensed Real Estate Broker. Starting out as an on-site salesperson, Heather quickly rose to become a top producer.
In addition to the conveyancing of homes, Heather is intricately involved with processing sales agreements, and office administration. Ensuring a quality customer experience, in buying, settling and homeownership, is her top priority.
Heather has been a part of the Southdown Homes team since 2007, and was recently recognized by her peers, receiving a Home Builders Synergy Award. In recognition of her commitment and talents, Heather was appointed Director of Operations in 2020.
