Sample rooms in the Design Center, and in decorated home models, display both classic designs and the latest trends. The Design Center experience allows you to see, touch, and compare the potential design selections that will define the character of your new home.

Designing your home is not done in one day. And it’s not done without your input.
Spend time looking at our new home models and our Design Center options. Clip and gather ideas that inspire and delight. Gather inspiration from designs you see online, in magazines, in friends’ homes, fabric samples, and color swatches. Note what you like – and what you don’t– and the vision for your perfect home will begin to evolve.
For some new homeowners, the search begins in the Design Center. The next step would then be to choose the home model which provides the necessary space and structure for the features they absolutely want in their new home. Or, reverse the process, pick your preferred home model first, and then design each room to meet your lifestyle.
Either way – you are designing your home – your way. When you meet with your appointed Design Consultant for the first time, they will listen carefully to your desires and preferences, review your ideas, and ask questions to be certain about the selections you choose. Room by room your Consultant will show you available options, thoughtfully answer your questions, and make suggestions as to what might best fit your lifestyle and vision.
