If you would like to submit a 30 day or 1 year Punch List, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to get started.
A list may be submitted in two ways:
- Using a Word document. Your name, address, development, and lot number must be included at the top of the document. Please either number or bullet point your items. Attach the Word Document to the email, along with any photos you would like to submit. (Attach photos to the email, and do not embed the photos in the Word doc)
- Using your email format. This email must include your name, address, development, and lot number at the top of the document. Please also either number or bullet point your items.
You may attach any photos you would like to submit. (Do not embed the photos into the actual email)
In the subject line of your email please write: 30 Day warranty list/your development/your lot number.
Entering the identifying information will help us to log and track your warranty request.
If you are experiencing an emergency, you may also submit an email to describe the problem.
Please identify your development and lot number, for all emergency requests.
